Frugal Fran

So much for being frugal fran this new year... I just spent about 70 dollars online in the span of 20 minutes...That is not good...not good at all...
The reason why it's so bad though, is because it was all make up that I bought. nothing else....

I really wanna stop buying make up, but it's just so addicting. I don't know why I like it so much, I'm not even that good at it.
But What if... I feed my obsession AND be frugal fran? So in a way, I could cut back spending on other things by A LOT! and use the money I save... to buy my make up... yet still save money?!
Sigh...

I need a plan. A good thought out plan of how I'm going to save money. I need about 300 bucks saved up...? I'm not sure how much a plane ticket to Connecticut would cost. ...

Oh BOY... I'm freaking out now.. There's just so many things I want!!
I really want some more sweat pants, particularly the ones with TEXAS on them... which is like $25-$30 each at the CO-OP T_T 
I want some nail tools that I found on eBay, it's not that expensive, but.. it's still money...
