A new day, a new month, a new year, a new decade....

So like everybody else in the world, I wrote some New Year's Resolution :]
 1. Organize everything BETTER! What I mean by this is basically I need to organize my life, my stuff, my school work, LITERALLY... everything better and more.
2. BLOG MORE! :D I know when I get stressed out at school and busy I don't... but if my plan to organize better goes well, I should be able to blog more. :D
3. Project 365: take more pictures of my life and the world around me, thus post one picture up everyday (On FB, haven't decided if I want to post it up on my blog everyday too, that would be loads more work for me)
4. Get all A's ! Since my first semester in college wasn't as good as I wanted it to be...or even GOOD for that matter, I must make all A's...and again, if my plan to organize everything better goes well, I should do good in this too :)
5. Volunteer: I already volunteer ocassionally, but I should volunteer more. I need to help people out, give back to the community and God
6. Learn more Korean, Chinese, and Japanese: I think my life long goal is to be fluent in these three languages. I mean since I'm Korean, that can be accomplished, but Chinese and Japanese...That's the challenge....but I shall be fluent!
7. Save Money. I told myself before I went into college, that I would save money. But I didn't. However, I do have a good reason why I didn't. My dad didn't want to buy me a laptop, and it's a college essential to get one. So with my finaid that I obtained from my school, I bought one.... and it wasn't THAT expensive ~900... but it took a big damper on my "Let's save money" plan. Also, since I don't keep up with my finances.. (well I did, but stopped) BUT I'm starting again (#1) so, hopefully I will stop buying stupid little things... like coffee..
8. Be nice to people I don't like. I think this will be the biggest challenge for me. I'm a very complex person, but at the same time on certain things, I'm very simple. If you're rude/impolite/mean/etc... to me, I will be too... You will NOT get the same courtesy and kindness as someone that IS nice to me...
But I want to challenge myself and get over myself and my big ass pride... to see if I can be nice to the people I don't like.
9. Stop Swearing. Second biggest challenge. I swear a lot. I swear casually. I swear when I'm angry. I swear when I'm happy. Get the picture? Yeah.
10. More QT/Church. Back in 2005, I went on a church revival conference called JAMA. It was a really big revival for christians, particularly Korean, but there was other ethnicities there too. I recall this one guy stating that most likely, or statistics say that kids who go off to college will turn away from God and Church on Sunday.... He said about 90% (I think, it was a high number) and the other 10% will continue. And I remember thinking, "Oh! I'll DEFINITELY be the 10%" I was so determined that I would continue on... but unfortunately I didn't. And I'm very ashamed of myself. I stopped going to church. I stopped reading the bible, and I stopped doing QT. This I will for sure change. I can feel my life being somewhat pointless without God. I've been away from him so long. I feel no connection, no bond. I will change.
11. Learn from my mistakes. Making mistakes piss me off, but making them again... and again... and again! REALLY GETS ME....
12. PLAN AHEAD. again to reiterate #1... I SHALL BE ORGANIZED!

hehe! isn't this a cute puppy?

HAPPY NEW YEARS! :D
